BotCon Order Processing Info

As many of you are no doubt aware, we will be attending BotCon once again this year in Dallas, TX.  Of course, at some point we must finalize what is going with us so that we can pack up and load the merchandise for the trip.

This year, the last day we will be shipping orders before the convention is April 23rd.  

For In Stock items:
All orders for in stock merchandise MUST be received by the morning of the 23rd in order to ship before the convention.  Any order that does not make the cutoff will not be processed until we return from the convention.  Availability of in stock items may change, and items may go out of stock during the convention.  If we are unable, for any reason, to fill your order for in stock items when we return from BotCon, we will gladly try to source those items for you, or offer a full refund or store credit, your choice.

For Orders With Both In Stock and Pre-Order Items:
The same as above apply, with the same cutoff point on the morning of April 23rd.  Any in stock items for mixed orders received before the cutoff will be pulled and set aside as normal pending the arrival of the pre-order items.

For Pre-Order Items:
Orders which contain only pre-order items are not affected in any way by our absence, except that they will not be processed until we return.  Please do not be alarmed if it takes a few days for us to update your order for pre-order items to Paid status.
We expect to be fully back in action and resume shipping no later than May 4th, and will attempt to process all received orders during BotCon sooner.
