Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Pre-Owned items are sold AS-IS. Pictures of pre-owned items are always of the actual item, and we will do our best to make note of any flaws in the item's description. Please make sure to examine the pictures and descriptions of pre-owned items to be sure that they are suitable for you.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items, or pre-order items released at different times, will have stock pulled aside and tagged as it becomes available, with the order shipping in one shipment once it is completely in stock. If you wish to receive items as they are released, we recommend ordering those items individually.
We cannot guarantee delivery of pre-order items by a certain date, as production or shipping delays can cause an item to arrive later than the original estimates. For this reason, we do not recommend ordering pre-orders items for date-specific purposes, such as birthday or holiday gifts.
Pre-orders are guaranteed. If, due to massive product shortage or other exceedingly rare circumstances, we are unable to fill a pre-order, we will provide a full refund of the order total, including shipping costs.
All sales are final, cancellations are not available unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please contact us if this is the case. We will do our best to address any concerns or issues that may arise with your order, however, and will work with you to obtain replacement parts or figures when needed.
If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us and we will try to make them right:
- Broken Parts
- Missing Parts
- Improperly Functioning Joints
- Factory Damage, such as damage to the paint, or malformed pieces which prevent the item from functioning as intended.
In these situations, we can usually work with our suppliers to obtain replacement parts. Please contact us to find out what we can do.
Captured Prey reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an already placed order in accordance with local, state, and federal law regarding a retailer's right to refuse service. We will never refuse service based on your religion, race, national origin, political orientation, disability, gender, or sexual orientation. Examples of why service may be refused include, but are not limited to, harassment, threats, and verbal or written abuse of the staff. In the unhappy event that we must exercise this right, you will be provided a full refund of your purchase and shipping.
Captured Prey reserves the right to change your shipping method when necessary or when the change will benefit our customers. If there is a notable decrease in shipping costs, the difference will be returned to you. These changes are often to your advantage. Shipping may be changed for the following reasons:
- Faster shipping available to you at a lower price using USPS instead of the selected FedEx Ground.
- Faster shipping available to you at a higher service level using the same carrier at the price you were quoted (for instance, FedEx Second Day AM instead of Second Day).
- Inability to ship your package using the chosen service or service speed at the quoted price due to the inherant limitations of obtaining price quotes for shipping.
Captured Prey is not responsible for the loss or non-receipt of items shipped to other countries using First Class Mail international. The buyer assumes all risk for these shipments, as the shipment cannot be tracked, traced, or located by the postal service once it has been sent. Captured Prey strongly recommends using Priority Mail International or Express Mail International services for all orders over $50.00 which are being shipped to a destination outside the US.
