The second purchase was the beautiful QUAKE WAVE (second run) from FANS TOYS, I orderded the figure on Monday, April 15, 2013 and recived it on Friday, April 19, 2013 using standard USPS shipping rates. Captured prey is one of the very few companies around that truly care for their customers, they are very loyal and are based on integrity. Every single comment/question I posted got answered rather quickly. If you have a problem with any thing u purchased from captured prey, I can bet my entire transformer collection that they'll do everything they can to fix it for you! I've been a fan of Transformers since MTMTE first aired on TV back in the day, and have been amassing a collection since I got my first TF - Skids - way back then, too. I've stalked websites, stores, conventions, and want ads looking for the best deals and the best pieces to get my toy and merchandise fix, but I don't think I'll be looking many places anymore, now that I've found Captured Prey. Not only does CP offer the best prices, but the service here is beyond compare. The CP staff is always quick to answer questions and address my concerns, both in person at the conventions, and online through their site. No more need to hunt around for the best deal on those hard to find imports or the newest releases; Captured Prey will have them! Thank you, Captured Prey, for bringing it all together in one superb package here!

I've always been a Transformers fan, but took a long hiatus from the purchasing side of the hobby. While visiting one of the boards, I learned of the Kabaya gum kits. Oddly enough, it was the same day that Captured Prey became a sponsor of the site. I decided to take a stroll through the site and lo & behold, not only did they have the Kabaya kits, but they had one of my all time favorite characters, Fortress Maximus!

Needless to say, I had to place an order. It was my first with Captured Prey so I didn't have any experience with the CP team to fall back on. I'm happy to say that they completely exceeded my expectations! My Fort Max arrived quickly, was packed safely and arrived exactly as described. I can see that my wallet & Captured Prey are going to quickly become BFF. If you're on the fence and looking for advice, I can tell you without a doubt that you won't be disappointed.

I placed my first preorder with them a while ago simply upon hearing about their level of service.  Now, after actually getting my first ever item from them (KM 02 Annihilator), I know that CP is an awesome site to buy stuff from.  You can bet that ill be spending enough to eventually get on the loyalty program as they really are awesome.

My new place to go for Transformers.  I used to shop at other retailers, but not anymore.  If you have a problem, they will fix it in a timely manner while making you feel important.  I love this quality of service and will return time and time again.  The loyalty program is just icing on the cake.  Very professional and well run store.  The only thing that I would like to see changed, is for CapturedPrey to have a store front that I can visit.  I would like to meet the crew that takes their jobs seriously!  I cannot say it enough, I am very impressed with this shop!

I received my first purchase order from Captured Prey after my pre-order purchase at end of December for Planet X Genesis, Uranos F-15 and XR-71 Blackbird. There was an issue with the shipping because apparently the size of Planet X Genesis required a oversized box in combination with the other two items. Sidecutter emailed me to let me know and we were able to compromise by splitting the additional shipping cost. I was happy about that because it sucks anytime you have to pay extra after a purchase order. My package was delivered within one week and was nicely packaged. There was a dent on one of the boxes but it did not appear to be due to shipping to my address, but maybe as part of the overseas shipment. Overall, I am satisfied with the prompt service and will likely order again for my next batch of Uranos #4 and #5 along with MP-17,18, and 19.
