Captured Prey is an internet toy store located in Louisville, KY which specializes in import Transformers figures, related original transforming mecha, and related merchandise. Our primary product lineup is composed of Japanese, Chinese and Korean releases not distributed in the US and original Transformers-compatible mecha, with additional vintange, domestic, and store or convention exclusive products rounding out the selection. Since our humble beginnings in January of 2001, we have worked to help our fellow fans get the toys they want at the best prices possible.
Our motto is "Great Toys. Great Prices. Great Service.", and as a shop run and staffed by long time Transformers fans, we know how our customers want to be treated, and how we want to be treated by retailers we deal with. We will always endeavor to give you the experience we expect as customers ourselves, and we do everything within our power to ensure that you, our customer, will be happy with your experience. Most e-mails we receive will be answered within two business days (48 hours, excluding weekends), and any and all questions and concerns are addressed directly by the owner. You will never have to deal with a representative who does not have the power to help.
