Captured Prey is incredible. The prices speak for themselves, but Orson's customer service is spectacular. My story is thus. I ordered a Masterpiece Skywarp and found, upon opening and playing around with it, that a wing was missing the Decepticon symbol paint operation. I contacted Captured Prey, and Orson attempted to resolve the issue with Takara-Tomy with no luck. I followed up much later, and Orson kept working to resolve the issue until he offered to swap the wing from his PERSONAL Skywarp for my faulty one. His offer was so generous (considering none of this was his fault) that I almost said no, but ultimately I accepted his generosity. My Skywarp is now complete and beautiful, and you should buy toys from Captured Prey. I know I will make any purchase I am able to with them. That kind of customer service, generosity, and kindness deserves to be rewarded, and a positive review is the least I can do for now.

Words cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for this site. I've been searching for POTP Snarl for a while and have always come up short. But, not only do they have him here, but for a price that's more affordable than other retailers online. It was even a nice little bonus to receive that small sheet of logo stickers.
